My Ryzen 1700 Does not appear to be overclocking

My Ryzen Master utility seems to think the CPU is doing 3.5 GHz, but task manager is showing it at the stock 3.0. Any ideas of what I screwed up? My cooler is a Hv100i, GPU is a 1080ti Fe, and Mobo is a ASUS Crosshair VI hero

Verify the clock speed using CPU-Z.

Task manager is dumb. Use something like CPU z.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:
