I'm not sure if I can overclock a integrated graphics card. But if I can, is this harmful on a Macbook Pro running windows 8 64-bit? (Or overclocking the CPU)

as far as Im aware, overclocking is not possible on osx.

Which gpu? It probably has a locked bios though.

Overclocking sure is possible. I'm kinda getting into windows, planning to buy my own PC components and put 'em together tho. I'm running windows 8 atm, but I'm on a macbook pro

you really cant overcolck the igpu

 and i wouldnt try it, the heatsink is good but not that good. im assuning you have the 13"? and if you do it has only one fan and it wont be able to keep up

the 15" has 2 fans and could disapate the heat better
