Is there a program to overclock your cpu

very Precisely like 10Mhz:1 or 1Mhz:1 it stead of the default 100Mhz:1?

(Not going to Mod my Mobo)

Only way you can OC is to use multiplier

or do i need High-end mobo like Asus Z270G to get 10Mhz:1

the oveclocks that do that change the base clock, which also messes with your ram speeds

Why do you want that finite of an adjustment?  

 

4510 MHz is .002% faster than 4500 MHz.  Overclocking in increments that small is a complete waste of time.

 

You can adjust base clock in smaller increments, but that changes more than your CPU clock.
