Asus M5A99FX PRO or Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z?

Go to solution Solved by Recon-UK,

The CVF is the obvious choice out of the two at least in my opinion, i go weak at the knee's for a good motherboard.

Looking at getting a new Mobo but still in two minds over which one

The Crosshair V is the best AM3+ mobo out there. Or at least in the top 3. If you don't intend to OC a lot the M5A99FX PRO will be just as good.

I'd just get the Gigabyte GA-990FX-UD3, good looks and value for the money, for $100 you can't ask for more. Formula-Z is an absolute waste of money if you ask me.
