Upgraded Tablet for Under $200

I currently have a Kindle Fire HD 8 (2016/Gen.6) with Google Play Store installed. I recently cracked the screen, so I'm in the market for an upgrade. It needs to be $200 or less out the door. I'd like a true Android experience (preferably Android 6 or above, 5 minimum), 32 Gig 2 gig RAM with a Micro SD slot. I'll be using it for media consumption (web browsing, email, texting, YouTube, Netflix, etc.) What are my best options as of September 2017?
