I'm just looking to build a whole new pc, since my current build is getting a bit out dated. So looking for an upgrade.

You could hold out for a bit and see what Coffee Lake offers, but at the moment you can't really get much better than an overclocked R7 1700 with a GTX 1080Ti.

An Intel alternative. Low on glitz, high on quality. Over budget. Although revamping the storage would bring it in line.

Yeah, 4tb is a bit over kill, i probs only need 1tb, since i can use the 250gb ssd in my current pc along with a 2tb hdd
