Hey, i'm new to this forum thing so sorry for not knowing 1-2 things and sorry for my bad english, but i don't wanna waste your time so lets get started :D

So the main reason for starting this topic is becouse i want a new PC for gaming, streaming and video editing. I need a little help from you guys (advices, tips etc). And also i'd like to buy it as soon as possible :D

Budget / Location:

I'm a highschool student right now and i live in the EU - Hungary (here we have HUF :D)

I worked my ass off and i have 570 000 HUF thats around 2200 USD

Aim:

As i mentioned before i need this new PC mainly for gaming and streaming, but also for video editin too.

I've a PC right now but it's too bad for these things.

Peripherals:

I need a new monitor.

I already have a keyboard, a mouse and a headphone.ú

Preferences / Ideas:

CPU: i want to have a new ryzen 5 or 7 but dunno which one

Motherboard: i'd want to have an asus but again i don't know which will be best for me

Grapichs card: i like how the asus ones looks but its alright till its black and has a good cooling on it. I thought about a 1080.

RAM: i want a corsair vengeance ddr4 2x8gb lpx black 3000mhz couse i saw it on a good price, but i dont know if it is any good ><

HDD: i want a WD black 1TB

SSD: I already have an ssd in my "old" system which is a kingston 250gb one maybe i can reuse that. But i also want to have a m.2 ssd maybe the samsung 960 evo 250 gb which is pretty fast i think

Powersupply: I thought about buying a Corsair RM750x 750W

Case: I'd like a black one with tempered glass panel on it or some window :D i really like the be quiet! pure base 600 windowed black case

CPU cooler: in my room it is always really hot so i'd like to have an aio watercooling.

Monitor: i want to have one which has a big screen, is black and 120/144Hz

I hope i wrote down everything i wanted >< but feel free to ask anything if i missed something.

Please help me senpais :)

Pretty much everything you asked for, HDD is easy to change so just get what you want. I went with the Define C TG because I honestly think it's the best case on the market: TG sidepanel, PSU shroud, ample cable management room, plenty of airflow, compact yet spacious interior and great storage options.

This is a really capable machine, 8 core ryzen and a 1080 will get you a long way on that quality 27" 1440p Asus panel.

*forgot to add the 960 evo, should still remain in your budget

thats pretty nice build, I have just changed slightly, to add 1080ti as OP @TheWortex is willing to game in 144hz, that would be more beneficial . added different cpu cooler. if you dont like the red/black color in the cooler, add corsair H100i .

no these are absolutely fine question to know. 650w psu is more than enough. I assume your system wont draw more than 450-500w even in full load .1700 is same as 1700x when overclocked. so it doesn't worth to spend extra cash, also it doesnt include a cooler even which sometimes comes in handy. for 144hz gaming, streaming & editing 1080ti & r7 1700 should be the best combo. if you were into pure gaming only i would suggest i7 7700k or maybe wait to get 8700k for pushing the frame rate.

pretty sold build, just get x370 board if can afford. probably more efficient handling an 8 core cpu. I'm not technical guy to measure but ryzen b350 boards are known to have mediocore vrm so its recommended to get a x370 board for handling 8 core cpus. save the money buying 1700 & get previous x370 maybe? btw check out this articles , you will get nice idea of 1700 & learn few stuffs regarding your build!

@dave_k then you say i should get a x370 or is the asus strix b350 good?

If you are going with AIO cooler and R7 definitely get some of the cheaper X370s (Strix, ASRock etc.)

Don't buy Apple M1 computers with 8GB of RAM
