Is my CPU dying?

Hey

 

Recently, my computer always froze when I run Netflix app and start opening programs. For example, opening chrome while Netflix is running my computer freezes for a 5s. Looking at task manager I get CPU spikes up to 100%.

 

Just now, I closed task manager while Netflix playing and the whole computer freezes, can't move mouse for a good 30s. Could it be my overlock? Should I reset it to default speed? Never had any issues before.

 

I have no idea what's going on. It's really starting to damn annoy the hell out of me. PC is clean, no clutter files. Run CCleaner regularly. Reg cleaner to.

General specs:

CPU: i5 4670k @ 4.3ghz

GPU: GTX 1070

RAM: 16Gb

Os on SSD and Netflix App to

Windows 10

1. Run mem test on RAM.

 

2. Crystaldiskinfo on storage

 

3. Reset overclock (or give more voltage)

 

4. Pray that these 3 work so you dont have to buy a new CPU (yet)

it's more likely to be some stupid windows thing. like the ram preloading utility that you should turn off if you have an SSD. or one of the other BS Microsoft thinks everybody needs and forces us to have running
