Cloning a VirtualBox virtual hard disk to a physical disk

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machine running under VirtualBox, and I would like to know how I can easily (and for free) clone the hard disk file to a physical disk connected to the host machine (or any machine, as it's VDI file is located on a network file server). Any suggestions?

Macrium Reflect can make an image into a VHD, so I'd check if the reverse is true.

If you have a VHD(X) File you can just open it in windows and it will mount it as a hard drive in your OS.
Here is description on how to convert the vdi to vhd

Do you know of any way so I won't have to convert the file? It's over 20GB already, and I don't have the fastest computer when it comes to that sort of thing...

Google for "Mount vdi file windows" it will give you several applications which you can use.
Do note that this is a software mount and so it will only work once you are booted into windows. so If you want to boot from this specific virtual hard disk you need another solution.
