Hello! I'm building a PC for my friend. He has a budget of 800-1000 and he will be using it for gaming. It needs to have the ability to connect to Wifi so I threw in a Wifi card. Please let me know what you think

Don't get the 1500X. Get the 1600 instead. Drop the Hyper T4. The stock cooler is fine. Get faster RAM, as Ryzen benefits from it. Try to find a 2800 kit at least. Don't get that PSU. Change it to the CX550 for $8 more.

 

Edit: the Asus Turbo cooler isn't great, so change it to a cheaper 1060, or a more expensive one for better cooling. The 1060 is just a 120W card, so it doesn't matter too much which one you get.

The motherboard has pretty bad VRMs. There's a $4 price difference to a Pro4.

The CX550 is available for less than the CX450 after rebate.

True, but I don't like rebates as they take long time (it didn't work for my GPU for example) and you still have to pay full price first

OP's original list has $60 worth of rebates, so I'm assuming he's fine with it
