Don't get the 1500X. Get the 1600 instead. Drop the Hyper T4. The stock cooler is fine. Get faster RAM, as Ryzen benefits from it. Try to find a 2800 kit at least. Don't get that PSU. Change it to the CX550 for $8 more.

 

Edit: the Asus Turbo cooler isn't great, so change it to a cheaper 1060, or a more expensive one for better cooling. The 1060 is just a 120W card, so it doesn't matter too much which one you get.

The motherboard has pretty bad VRMs. There's a $4 price difference to a Pro4.

The CX550 is available for less than the CX450 after rebate.

True, but I don't like rebates as they take long time (it didn't work for my GPU for example) and you still have to pay full price first
