I'm having a problem where in some games (overwatch GTA5) portions of the screen wont render correctly. in GTA the chunks and UI are either not there or incorrectly placed. in Overwatch the UI just fails to show up. i also have a problem within Autodesks Fusion 360, the time to render is (I think) longer than it should be 30 seconds to a minute.

The specs of my PC are

CPU:intel Core I7-7700k

GPU:EVGA GTX 1050 Superclocked (Mini)

PSU:corsair CSM 450 watt

Ram:16gb corsair veangence 2400mhz

HDD:wd 500gb 5400RPM

OS:windows 10 64bit (unregistered)

on what resolution are you playing?

try lowering your resolution..

if the problem still persist try checking your hdd health and performance..

I've been playing 1080p. I lowered the resolution and tried again and still had the same problem. I do know that my hard drive is at least 5 years old or older. I'm also not sure if it's the hard drive or if an unregistered version of windows 10 will bottleneck performance.

unregistered windows 10? it doesn't matter... try checking your hdd performance and health.. use hd sentinel for checking...

i was playing sleeping dogs before... sometimes the game is fvck up, buildings/roads distorted.. UI also distorted.. i immediately replace my gpu thinking it was the culprit and the results was the same... until i check my hdd... having 30% health due to bad sectors affecting it's performance... replaced the hard drive.. and problem was solved :)

It said the drive st 100% health so I launched GTA but had the same problem. Do I still order a new hdd?

can you post a screenshot of the result?

if hdd is on perfect condition... might be driver issue... how long have you encountered this problem?
