I have a pc with 1 fan in the front one on top and one in back my my gpu is getting a little warm should I take the fan off the top and put on the side panel so it will blow right into the gpu?

Full specs please. Also temps as "little hot" might be just normal temps.

I7 2600 gtx 770 twin frozer and temp can get to like 77c but I have it set to not go above 80c but that's with no overclock should I put the top fan on the side if I want to over lock and to bring temps down so the fans will be a little quieter

Are you going to OC CPU or GPU? Temps are normal and I don't think moving fans will do anything to them. Adding more intake might, but I'd need to know what case you have to give further advice.

You can try if moving top fan to side exhaust (lower spot) helps, but I don't think it will. Your temps have about 10C headroom for OC, but it will also mean more noise from fans.
