Whats the difference between Noctua 140mm NF-A14 FLX and Noctua NF-A14 PWN 140 mm?

 

I want to use one of them on a NZXT kraken x60?

 

which one gives the best preformence for a radiator?

one fan will give you 3 different fan speeds with an inline resistor and the other one is automatically controlled by the motherboard.

PWM modellen gör så att du kan välja hastighet själv med hjälp av moderkortet.

Den andra har 3 hastigheter, annars är det samma fläkt.
