$500 PC build suggestions

My friend is selling his crappy laptop and building a PC. His budget is no more than $500. This is what I have for him, and he's going to buy a used 2x4 kit of DDR4 from a friend for $50 because ram is expensive as heck. Any tips for the build? He is planning on playing games like Rainbow Six Siege, Battlefield 1, Fallout 4, and Black Ops 3 at 1080p 60fps High settings. Only thing I'm not super sure about is the mobo, as I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to new AMD boards, as I built my PC before Ryzen came out. Thanks in advance

If you need it cheaper, swap the R3 1200 for an Athlon X4 950. Older, shittier architecture and the G4560 IS better than the X4 950, however, I'd rather be on the AM4 platform and have a true quad core than go with the G4560. You can get the fully modular version of the PSU for like $15 more, which would be within budget if you went with the Athlon instead of R3.
