Everything passes, but there are a few things you should change:

-Get 1x8GB of RAM. your motherboard only has 2 slots, so if you ever want to upgrade to 16 in the future, it's cheaper to buy another 1x8GB kit than to get a full replacement.

-Remove the cooler. you don't need an aftermarket cooler, since the stock cooler is more than enough. especially since you won't be OC'ing.

-No SSD is fine for now, but partition your HDD into a 200GB section, and a 800GB section. that way if you ever switch, it's much easier (install games on the 800GB section, and the OS on the 200GB section.)

you could also get this PSU:

450W is more than enough, and it's cheaper by a bit.

maybe try for 16GB RAM with the money you saved?

This is what I would do. Ditch the cooler and get an R5 1600 with an overclockable motherboard.

Get a 1060 instead of the 1050 and 1x8GB ram over 2x4GB,

And,

"Oh Btw its a budget build, I'm not rich ;] xD"

Don't say that because a lot of people work hard and wait to get the budget for them to build their own PC so it's not only the "rich" people who get good PC's, what you said devalues the work that people put towards their PC.

I don't think what he said devalues what work people put into getting their PC that's ridiculous also when someone is trying to stay on a budget upgrading the GPU is not needed at all a 1050ti is fine and great for the price.

i noticed you added a 60hz Monitor if you can spend a little more this one https://www.amazon.com/Acer-GN246HL-Bbid-24-Inch-Display/dp/B00KO4518I/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1504887356&sr=1-1&keywords=Acer+GN246HLBbid is not that more expensive than the 60hz one but 144hz is not needed so if you don't stay with 60hz :)

Hey wanted to ask if the motherboard will cause problems, Also changed the monitor like @VillaiNPC said and changed some of the builds, Thank you, everyone for helping.

The motherboard will not cause problems or anything, but that CPU is really powerful compared to that GPU. it will definitely go unused most of the time. this isn't a bad thing, but it just says that you could go for a better GPU instead of CPU.

I transferred some of the budget to the GPU, and made the build cheaper by going mATX.

Yes, on a B350 motherboard, you can.

it does come with a pretty small stock cooler though (the 1400 comes with a smaller, stealth cooler), but you should probably be able to get a quick 3.8Ghz or so overclock.

one thing I can advise you on, is change the case.

I just remembered that the case I linked is pretty crap, so just choose a different cheap mATX case.

TBH IDK too much about low end mATX cases.

look up some reviews and pick one that seems like a good fit.

Yeah that seems great

just don't rely on the rebate to get your costs down. 50% of the time they get denied for funny reasons. think of the $10 as a bonus, not a discount.
