Playstation 4 Pro screen flicker/jumping

Hello. Today my friend got his PS4 Pro and when we tried to run it the screen started to jump around/flicker or something the TV model is 43U6663DB as far as I read no one really knows how to fix it. But when I switch to 1080p the screen is fine or when I use higher resolution with "Cinema" mode for TV which is sh.t. So does this mean I can't play 4k games but for 1080p it's all good? Or is there maybe some fix I could try.
