Don't just trow them away, pour all of them down the sink.

 

When ever you have the erg to drink one, eat a mandarin. They're juicy and delicious :)

...or maybe eat a piece of super-positioned bouncy jelly.

Don't stop drinking them, just cut your dosage by half, then by half again, until you feel you do not need to drink it anymore, also fill in the gaps with a different drink, or even food.
