So recently my very old laptop from like 2006 is actually dieing and I need to buy or make a new computer within a month. I found some computers that were on sale on newegg and here's the links to them.

They seem to be not half bad for the price point, but I'm not an expert though and fairly new learning about what parts do. However I would like some advice from more experienced people. Are these a good choice to buy or not? Or I was thinking about building my own pc and had only just bought a 1TB hard drive and a 450 watt PSU 80+ bronze. The link to my build idea is linked below. I really like the Hyper beast case because it looks sexy so I was willing to pay extra for it. My ideal built cost would be under $1,000 for the computer itself the monitor will be bought later on, because I already have one. So I need some opinions on to keep build my own or buy the pre-built ones instead. And if you have any other ideas for pre-built or tips on other parts to improve on would be helpful.

FX cpu's are not worth buying so those prebuilts would be an instant no from me. and since the release of Ryzen, i5's aren't really worth buying either.

You can get windows from Kinguin for about $20. leaves $50 to add an ssd as well as the hdd youve already purchased. (or a wifi card as i didn't include one)

Nope, they are very overpriced and have shitty CPUs. lol

over budget by quite a bit, if you need to cut start with 8GB of [fast] RAM and upgrade later. Or get an ASRock AB350M motherboard.

this has a better CPU, better GPU, more and faster RAM, adds an SSD, and possibly some other tweaks I forgot about lol.

Get OS from Kinguin and save $60.

I don't think I could ever justify $200 for a case with restricted air flow and lots cooling restrictions..BUT everyone has their preferences!
