Cannot access videos

Hi Guys, Has anyone had this issue

Sorry, there is a problem

We could not locate the item you are trying to view.

Error code: 2F176/1

It's only been about a week since joining the floatplane. And as far as I know my payment went through fine. I was watching videos the first week.

Anyone got any ideas?, aslo this is my first time searching through this site and I cant for love nore money find the section that deals with the payments Ive made or how to cancel my subscription if needed.

Hope you guys can help

Have you tried following the pinned topic in this subforum? Is it acutally that the forum loads but videos don't or can you not access the section altogether?

Could it be that you've made purchase with one account and somehow now logged in with another?

It looks like you managed to register two accounts, and it's the other one that has Floatplane. If you can't remember the details of your other account, send me a PM and I can help you get it.
