Well since there is no branding on the laptop or any identification of its existance, I simply cannot identify what laptop it is. I think it looks like some sort of dell inspiron or XPS variants, but not really sure to be honest. Otherwise, it looks like a 3D printed design of a laptop with a windows 10 image on the screen of it.

at least on a mobile device called smartphone, you only see a grey box sitting on top of another grey box and no single keys. I don't have a smartphone with a 19 trillion inch screen so this might be the cause. nonetheless, still think it's a render because of the appearence

If you go to the link of the picture it may say the laptop. Otherwise you can try google images search by picture and upload that picture as the search material.
