wrong ram speed

wrong ram speed in taskmanager and 3rdparty utilities

os 10 x64
rapter 450w
Gtx460
athlon 750k
micron 4gb 16JTF51264AZ-1G6M1
EMX-A55FM2HD-iCafe mobo
BIOS
    Brand    American Megatrends Inc.
    Version    4.6.5
    Date    08/10/2012

 

i have 1x4Gb 1600mhz Micron memory
I set it on bios in 1600 to make sure its ok.
the rest of the setting are on its defaults
till i found out that the actual speed on taskmanager / speccy / cpuz
shows that it runs on 800mhz.
im no expert when it comes to this kind of thing.
just wanted to know if this a bug or something is wrong in the bios / os setup.
is my system suffering from low ram speed?

does this mean everything is ok? do i need to change anything in the bios or leave everything on its defaults?.. the task manager show that there's supposed to be 4 ram slots but physically it is only 2.. why is that? epeccy and cpuz shows the same things

As enderman said Programs show the correct speed. and dual channel is usually slots 1&3, and 2&4 which is why the screen says dimm1 and dimm3

ohh.. now that make sense to me... i dunno why but my previos mobo ecs shows 1600 and other programs shows 1600... but if this means that the system ram is ok, i can put my mind and pc at ease.. thanks a lot !!
