Upgrading PC

Hello everyone, I have found an upgrade for my PC's CPU and Motherboard, the AMD FX 6300 Black Edition and the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3. Will my computer be able to support it? Someone told me before to update my BIOS for an upgrade or something like that, will I have to do it for these 2 items? And if I do have to, how do I do it? I will provide some links and pictures of the items and my computer info.

Honestly I wouldn't get the fx series cpu. Get something more current if you are going to upgrade.

Yeah but the current CPU's are very expensive and usually they don't support motherboards that support DDR3 Ram.

Then get a used Intel cpu and motherboard.

You're trying to upgrade from a 9 year old CPU to a 7 year old CPU. A colossal waste of money since there would be next to no benifit if you're still running hardware supporting DDR3 Ram. If you're buget's so low that you are limited to a  less than 50$ cpu you're better off saving your money and upgrading to somthing else later. Or at least buy a current generation Pentium.
