Plex issue

I'm posting this here because I think its a software issue, I have my unraid server up and running but for some strange reason I cannot copy ".Bundle files to the plex server\plugin folder, for example the web tools bundle will not copy to the folder in order to load into the plex server but it will copy to the main plex folder on the server weird when I hover the file over the plugin folder it acts like a fricken pair of magnets opposing each other very frustrating anybody running plex through unraid?

NOT familie with unraid or docker containers, but could it be a permission issue?

That was my first thought but there are like 6 or 7 different apps in unRAID and I've loaded them all, only one seemed to let me copy to the plugin folder and it did populate in the channel line up but I couldn't get it to allow me into the console, as it stands right now plex is useless if I can't pull plugins off the net and load them into the server this shit is all new to me it took me 2 weeks to iron out my router settings for a week I was being hacked over 100 times a day that is why I did not add anything to the array until I found the setting that I made that was putting me ass out on the WWW all good now unRAID so far is perfect for my use case so its all good but would really like to crack this plex thing open
