RGB fans

Which are best? Which can illuminate from both sides? Can I easily connect 8-9 fans to motherboard via controller? The idea would be to control the colors, effects via motherboard.

You can buy RGB controllers from different manufacturers that allow you to connect multiple fans up. You will have the use the individual software from what ever company you go with. You will need to get the controller and the fans from the same people.

Corsair Node thingy only supports 6 fans. And its quite expensive. So 9 fans + 2 controllers can be like ~450 dollars

For fans that can be controller with the motherboard your options will be very limited, the Corsair and NZXT fans will be controller via their software.
