Does this budget microphone works directly with my Asus H81 Gamer ATX LGA 1150 Mobo? Is it sufficient to power the microphone? (Using 3.5mm jack)

It seems to be XLR>3.5mm AUX, so yes it should work.

No clue about its quality though.
