PSU Fried

So today my PSU died (and there was a short circuit in the whole house). Im not really sure if my components are damaged. I already smelled at all of my components but only my psu seems to smell fried. Also i tested one of my drives and it worked fine. 

So is there a possibility, that there are other components damaged ?

GPU: 1080 Gigabyte

RAM: 16 GB D4 HyperX Fury

Drives: 

• Samsung 950 Pro
• Samsung 850 Evo 
• 1 TB HDD 
• 500 GB HDD Western Digital

there's always the chance your other components took a hit, but all you can really do to make sure is try with a new/different power supply.

Usually MoBos are made to protect the most important components in a similar case, i wouldnt worry!

Update: 

I just Frankensteind the 24 Pin Connector from my dads pc into my MoBo and it started up fine (didn't try CPU since the cable was too short) 

 

i can't check my cpu but since neither MoBo and drives aren't dead i hope im in luck there too

wouldn't then the MoBo be most likely be fried as well ?

well, it works just fine, tested it with different psu

 

seems like i just need a new psu

there is only one shop i buy from, but i just searched for the Seasonic but it didn't find anything 

would you recommend the seasonic over the corsair one ?
