Neither. 

 

You can't use 3000MHz memory with B250, the 2nd PC has great storage while the first has a better PSU and GPU.

They are different PCs that you cannot compare. I would spend money completely differently tbh.

Computer 1. Better SSD and you don't really need 8 threads for gaming anyway.
