Should i use a specific computer toolkit from amazon? or just any screwdriver will do the work to build my system?  or the magnet on the screwdriver will destroy my motherboard?

A Phillips head screwdriver is all you will need to build your standard PC, the magnetic head is so weak it cannot damage hard drives but will be very useful for keeping hold of screws.

PC Specs

i7 6700

Asus H110-PLUS

ASUS STRIX 1070 8GB OC

EVGA G2 550W PSU

3TB HD & 255GB SSD

Upgrades

EVGA G2 550W PSU

Asus Strix GTX 1070

NZXT S340 ELITE BLACK

Yeah, standard stuff would work. You may want an anti-static wrist strap and a couple of other things, but all you really need is the screwdriver. If you want to go all out - get an IFixIt kit or something like it.

would damage or wouldn't damage?

A magnetic tip from a screwdriver wouldn't damage the motherboard.

Anything from amazon really. A decent shaft length to reach into the case but not excessively long. Around 6 inches would be good ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

That particular screwdriver in that kit is cheap quality and will break easily over time. The little "ball" that holds the bits will get loose overtime since it's only held by that tiny piece of metal, that isn't soldered, around the tip, so bits won't be held in anymore and fall off easily. Not to mention the ratchet portion of it will also break over time.(I have it, it's trash)

if you insist on getting a toolkit instead of just a normal screwdriver, i suggest getting one by iFixit

depends on your usecase. best options are:

Pro Tech Tool Kit

or

Essential Electronics Took Kit

compare them both and see which one you like better. personally i have the pro kit(the older one though) but i work on more than just desktop computers. you probably only need the Essentials
