How do I get my mined eth into my bank?

I started mining eth following this tutorial 

The problem I am having is creating an account to be able to withdraw my eth that I mined. Can anyone help?

I tried to sign up on https://www.kraken.com/en-us/login and kept getting some error message from the website.

I was able to install the eth wallet program mist, but don't know what I'm suppose to do with it. Appreciate the help, thank you.

you could use coinbase they can do that for you, they are a online wallet that also can help you move eth to eur/dollars, you first though have to send a small transfer to your coinbase wallet for them to confirm the account as being yours they also want your full ID and pic

setup a wallet on myetherwallet.com, as an intermediate wallet, coin-base specifically says not to transfer mined ETH directly to Coinbase, and to use an intermediate wallet to do so.
