Take away the AIO. Stock cooler is good enough, especially when you consider the price.

Ask again when you buy the parts. Things change fast here.

Don't pick a liquid cooler if you don't plan on a everyday use OC use for you CPU at 3,7 or higher on all cores.

If you don't plan to, you can save the 60$ or get a bigger SSD or HDD.

If you want a very cooled build be sure to fill all 120mm slots with PWM fans.

H60 performs poorly for the price, a $20 gammaxx 400 can beat it. rest are fine, i'd look at the P400 as it has LEDs that you can change to red for aesthetics.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

Don't get a AIO liquid cooler unless you are going for something like the h100 or above. Anything below that aren't as good as the air coolers for similar or less price wise. Also the stick cooler for ryzen is good so unless you are spending a good amount on a nice cooler it really isn't worth it.
