Safe votages and clock speeds

So I'm currently running a 7800x on an Asus TUF X299 board cooled by a kraken X62. What exactly should i be targetting in terms of temperature, voltages and clock speeds? I've managed the following stable in AIDA64 :

- 4.5Ghz 1.1v FPU (70C) and CPU (55C) stable

- 4.8Ghz 1.2V CPU (62C) stable with 4.6Ghz (92C) for AVX

What exactly can I run 24/7 realistically for about 2-4 years?

I'm not sure about voltage but for temps I usually like to keep it under 80 with 85 maybe being max (so perhaps 80 for CPU and 85 for avx).

Clock speeds it sounds like the range you're at is ok. 4.6 4.7 4.8 is a good target.

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Temperature wise, I think I only care about the AIDA CPU results, since it's more realistic, and during gaming it's still lower than 60C. I only use the FPU stress test to check stability, not really temps
