6850K overclock starting point

Overclocking an 6850k for a friend of my, what’s a good starting point? Ive tried 4.5@1.3V which my 5930k is running at without luck

Start with as much voltage as you can adequately cool at 4.3ghz, then slowly increase clock speed I guess.

The 6th-generation LGA-2011-3 CPUs can't overclock as high as 5th-generation variants -- or less common.

Start at 4.0 GHz first, and work your way up.

You're looking at 4.2 GHz ~ 4.4 GHz range...typically 100 ~ 200 MHz less compared to 5th-generation.
