GPUBoss is a pretty bad site. userbenchmarks is somewhat better but still not great.

I ment it by the Specs of the cards, that whise it is good, but not to take any good solid idea that you should take GPU A or GPU B

you dont compare 2 products based on specs only

 

example: FX 8350 8 core @ 4.0 Ghz and i7 6700k 4 core @ 4.0 Ghz.

The answer it's pretty much obvious, you want workstation card and you don't game, if you can afford it, so go for it.

3dmax, autocad, revit, photoshop.

for drawing building, modeling 3d, and rendering.
