So lightning struck about 50m from where i live , my internet went from 300mb/s to 50mb/s , i used to download with 30mb/s + now i can barely reach 800kb/s .

I reset the modem , uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers , tried changing my ip , nothing fixed it , any tips?

Call your ISP?

Is this across all your devices? Phone, PC, tablet, consoles, whatever.

Is your router separate from your modem? If so, can you plug your PC directly into the modem and try a speed test from that?

Could be the cable, could be the eternet port/chip on either the computer or the router/modem.

Do you have any other computer that you can test Ethernet(cable) with?

It's quite common that a RJ45 port on your router got fried or damaged. Less likely the cable itself or even the gigabit port of your PC.
