You don't need liquid cooling, because the 1600 comes with a decent stock cooler which allows you to overclock it to 3.8-4GHz ;)

The PSU isn't amazing, but it's the only one I could find for a reasonable price :/

Liquid cooling is (a) not necessary and (b) your budget is too small for that. Use the stock cooler first and buy a liquid cooler later if you really want one.

Checked what I can do if limited to those two stores, ended up with a 1600 and 1050ti build. Bad idea to limit to those 2.

Note: changed the Gpu model from blower style to better one, added only 8gb stick of 2666mhz since didnt find anything 3000/3200 mhz. because its wise to go with a single 8gb stick & add another 8gb later. Ryzen has slight issue for overclocking 4 sticks to higher frequency memory.

Question why micro atx? Because I would like to sli it in the future

mATX boards are cheaper than full ATX boards. In order to support SLI, You would also need an X370 chipset, driving up the cost even more. Also, the 1060 doesn't support SLI.

For SLI? No. The motherboard doesn't support it, and I wouldn't want to run two GPUs off of a single daisy chained cable. In any case, multi GPU setups are falling out of fashion, with less support from Nvidia, and as a single high end GPU tend to be good enough.
