Outlook rules

I am not sure i should put this, so if a moderator can move this to the correct location or if this place is fine that is cool too

 

i am wondering if anyone knows how to make rules in outlook that can prevent me from receiving certain emails altogether basically blocking certain rules preventing them from going into deleted items, junk and inbox

As long as you know who its from or if they contain a specific word etc. there is something that should work. I haven't bothered trying it myself, but it is there as below (at least in Outlook 2016). 

 

Create Rule > Advanced Options > Select conditions > Permanently delete it

 

If it's permanently deleted it shouldn't even appear in the deleted items folder.

I don't use the year versions i just use the browser, so i don't have those options

In your inbox.

Press the " ... " button at the top. Select Create Rules.

(You need to select an email for that to appear)

yes but it doesn't have the option to permanently delete it from all inboxes upon receiving, all that one does is just send it to a certain inbox, i don't want it in my deleted items, junk or inbox just when it comes it it is basically like blocking certain words in the email
