Hello all! I have been working with my 1700x today, and it appears that I again didnt hit the lottery here. But that is fine, even a small bump is still free performance. I have it currently at 3.82GHz, stock voltage, and I 65 c max. Not too bad, I also know that is pretty much what they can do stock. I might be able to push to 3.85 or so, and let it stick, but now I am in the baby steps part. I have it running prime 95 to make sure this is stable. So I am running blended test, everything seems rock solid, but about the 90 min mark one core was around 60% - 70% util when the rest was at 100%. I closed prime 95 and started it again, and that core went right back to 100% and sat like that. I am not sure if that means one core is weaker, but not 100% failed, or if the blended test might not peg all of them at once. Anyone want to give me a point in the right direction? Thank you

seems like just a bug.

That means it failed and if you checked the multiple tabs prime95 opens during those tests you would find one you need to up the voltage.

Also if your Ryzen 7 is stable at 1.25V 3.7ghz you have a average CPU not a bad one. Most are only getting 3.8-3.9 with very few getting 4.0 at 1.4V or less

I bumped the voltage is tad, to 1.368. I will see if that takes. I would love a 4ghz of course lol but that is ok.

depends on your motherboard too. hopefully you're with a strong VRM X370 board
