Entry level PC for what? For games the CPU is too weak and 4GB RAM is too few. At least G4560 with 8GB RAM. For office work then you dont need the graphics card.

the increase in performance you would get by spending 200 more dollars would be quite large. even spending 100 more would increase the performance significantly.

At this budget limit, I really recommend going to the used market. Go buy a card that is a generation or two old. You'll get much better bang for your buck.

If you buy a GTX 960 used (They can come up for around 80 USD), You'd get ~20% better performance and save $20. That's just about all I can recommend.

Just want to say you can get a noticeably better psu (cx450) for only about $10 more, which would be preferred, but if budget really doesn't allow it this is ok

Yeah, at $40 though, he'd be better with the 520W S12II IMO. If it were me, I'd stick with the EVGA BV or spend an extra $20 for a modular PSU, instead of hitting the CX450/S12II in the middle. In this case, I just used the cheapest Bronze rated PSU to keep costs to a minimum though.

Depends on if the extra wattage is needed. If yes, sure, if not, the cx is a better psu all around (aside from S12ii having more wattage)

 

Modular part I depends on how much op is willing to spend. If they're willing to spend more... sure. If not, ok.
