Suggestions on Memory for H270 Board

How's it going guys?

I'm posting to ask for some pointers on memory.
I recently bought an Asus Strix h270F gaming Motherboard and i'm monthly sourcing the other parts to build the PC around december.
(I already have the Motherboard and Video card (EVGA 1070 superclocked, ssds). I intend to buy the Core i7 7700 (because i work with 2d/3d graphics), it's not demanding enough to buy an Overclockable CPU.

There's this store down here in Brazil having this sale and there are a couple of memory packs i'm looking at that i'm not sure if my motherboard will be able to acomodate.

The H270F Gaming specifications say that the board can run:
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3300(O.C.)/3000(O.C.)/2400/2133 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

I'm not sure if i understand correctly. I know that 2400/2133 are the standard speeds. But the faster memory frequencies are OC.Ok,
But do i have to manually overclock them? Or if i just plug them in will they run at their native frequency?
Or does this mean i can only run 3000-3300 memories if i'm using an overclockable CPU?
Because there is this pack of dimms that are at a really good price but are 3200 mhz in frequency. And i don't want to spend money on faster memory if i have to manually overclock them.

Thank you in advance for your help!

You would have to enable XMP iirc, but Intel platforms dont benefit much if at all from ram past 2133, so just get a 2133/2400 kit and call it a day.

Just go for the cheapest RAM. It doesn't matter at all with Intel, but with AMD Ryzen getting fast RAM = huge performance gains.

TL;DR go for the cheapest 16GB or 32GB or whatever amount of DDR4 you can

Alright! Seems like it's quite clear cut.

Thank you!
