NZXT G12 + CM Masterliquid 240

Just bought a NZXT G12 To chuck on my G1 Gaming 980ti

I've got a brand new CM Masterliquid 240 i'd like to put on it.

But i've got no idea if the 2 are compatible.

 

I've also got a Kraken X61 I know will fit on the G12, but, that is currently cooling my cpu.

I'm hoping the CM will be compatible.

Hopefully someone can clear this up for me.
