Razer Naga Chroma Tracking Issues

I've been using my Naga for a while but I haven't really had any issues until now. I have it on a fairly low 555 DPI and whenever I would lift the mouse, it would start changing directions. This becomes a huge problem with gaming especially for FPS games (sometimes it would do a whole 180 turn on me). This is after I've calibrated it to my mouse mat and it would start at a lift off range of 3. I lowered it to 1 but it would still do the same thing. I've also tried just getting rid of the calibration altogether but then my mouse just stop turning altogether whenever I lift the mouse. If anyone has had any similar issues or knows how to solve it, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

your problem is razer synapse it's a piece of shit software that breaks the damn mouses every fucking time. the mouses are amazing but if you have synapse it makes them broken over 70% of the time using them.
