OK....So new here, but ive watched forever, i need a little help, ive been digging through cards bit by bit and im finally breaking down and asking the bigger minds here.

I'm building a Content creation system for a buddy (he does schematic work and a little bit of light CAD work), of this moment he only needs a stand by rig (something that will be used for a few months, maybe a year at most) so i need the Cheapest, but the best bang for its buck Video card that will work for what he does.

So? any suggestions, i can decide the CPU/MoBo combo once i have that number down (dont want to go above a GTX 1070 cash/card wise)

you would be fine with a 1050TI or 1060 because those tasks are not graphically demanding and you will want to pare it with a kabylake or skylake I6

Oh gosh here https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/VWXyM8 I'm not really good on CC builds but here's my shot at it. I left out the graphics card because I'm not really sure of it. Just have in mind this is no where near the best build for your use and budget. But I guess a decent part list is better than none?
