Corsair Carbide or Thermaltake V21

I am wanting a new case but I don't want to deal with a custom case right now so which case will fit my needs more and my specs are FX 6300, MSI GTX 770 2gb OC Twin Frozr, I will also want a couple extra HDD bays since I will be using them up frequently for my storage since I'm going to keep almost all of my files that I have and I will have backups on their, I did a little bit of research and the Air 240 has a CPU cooler might limit to 120mm and my GTX 770 is 125mm idk if the CPU and GPU height limit is the same but I don't want to return stuff, I prefer the Cosair Air 240 design but I'm fine with the V21 and Matx is the best for me right now since I don't have a capture card yet and I know I will get one, so which one will be the best for me and I am interested in making a custom loop later

Your card won't fit in Corsair Carbide Air 240. This guy paired this case with an EVGA GTX 1080 FTW DT Gaming, which is 128.6mm tall. In picture 4, it's clear that he couldn't close the case if the PCIe power connectors for the card are still fitted. You card is only 2.6mm shorter in height, so I don't think you can make it do either. I think this case can at only use cards shorter than 115mm in height if PCIe power connectors are required.
