Hmmm radeon graphics

so, im wanting to purchase a graphics card and here is my problem. I can have a reference r9 270x used for $70 or $80 for a new xfx DD rx460. Both 2gb variants with warranties. So what are your opinions, you think I should buy a 3rd party cooler for the 270x or what?

R9 270x is better than RX 460. Don't buy 3rd party coolers, if you are going to invest extra money just buy a better GPU.

My only question would be: what is the warranty period on this card? It's a fairly old GPU so it might be short.

Then I suppose there's no point in paying more for an RX 460
