Upgraded pc nothing but trouble. constant video driver crashes and random black screens which hang.

how's about uninstalling the card from the device manager. then do a reboot and let windows install the driver for the 390 instead of you installing the driver?

or, you could uninstall the drivers from add/remove, do a reboot, and let windows install it. there may be a problem with the extra software installed with the graphics driver. doing either of the above will eliminate the extra software.
