Questions when reinstalling windows:

surprise! I've never done this before but I think I have to after reading my BSODs.  The issue is software related or hardware related but my Samsung magician doesn't report any issues...  however Windows files seem to be corrupt.  So here are some questions I want to be answered because I'm super nervous and sweating.

1. Is there any way the Windows installation will fail?

2. Is there an ISO for the FULL retail version of Windows 7 64bit I can use since my disk seems very scratched?

3. Will my full retail license of Windows 7 home premium 64bit work again on my computer?

4. what will I do when I'm installing my drivers?  will the windows screen be black and I'll need to install everything just without seeing anything?

5. Should I install the drivers from my motherboard driver disk?

6. is there a chance the installation could break or ruin my computer components?

Thanks guys x_x
