Windows or android tablet for reviewing photos on the go?

I am looking for some kinda tablet for reviewing photos on the go, something better than the camera screen. Im looking for something of reasonable resolution with a full sized SD card slot (or a solid alternative to getting 64+gb photos viewable on the tablet.) That is also quick enough to handle the 35ish MB raw photos from my d7200.

Looking for something under 9" so I can keep it in my pocket.

I am aware of the size, its to large. If I physically cant fit it in my pocket its useless to me.
