Will the Ryzen build get me above 60 fps on medium to ultra on games like rust, the forest, Garrys mod and newer titles like that

better than i5 (7400, 7500, 7600, not 7600K), better than i3 and of course it's not as good as a i7 it's $200 less!

the gpu might be bottlenecking the cpu though but anyways you will still get a very good experience

Actually a 1400 is as good a 4790k clock for clock so it is as good as an i7 same cores same clocks!

Ok so I gonna get above 55 and won't drop below 40 that's good so I gonna order some parts but there I think was 2 different motherboards listed which one and do 1 of them have SLI support?

No sli m8, the 1050 ti doesn't support it.
