Laptop stuck

So i had this problem that my laptops internal sd card reader is not being detected so i googled about it and got a answer saying that i should run Hardware troubleshooter and restart the laptop, when i restarted my laptop it only goes into the bios and when i click save and exit it loops back to the bios.

Gonna need the manufacturer and model of laptop for use to be of much help.
