280x vs 780??

Could you overclock a 280x DirectCU II so that it reached the same performance levels as a non overclocked 780.

Yes but 1. You will have to watercool it. 2. That card has to be one hell of an overclocker.

Soon to be watercooled again, maybe, probably, the Titans are too loud.
